Wow! On Wednesday, me and my friend had a God experience! We were on a school trip and had an hour lunch break by ourselves. We were walking down the road together when we saw a couple of guys and a lady- who was crying. One of the men was shouting at the lady saying "give me the money" and calling her horrible names, well me and my friend didn't know what to do so we just stood and prayed for the situation, for peace and that all would work out well. We finished praying and they stopped shouting and walked of down the road arm in arm! It was really incredible!
I have just finished reading an excellent book called "More than conquerors" By Simon Guillebaud. If you can get hold of it, read it! It really helped me understand the call on our lives to be "witnesses" for Jesus and share his news to our family, friends and neighbours. Had an amazing chat with God this evening as well!And it's church tomorrow! I'm on little kids club again but I don't mind, I just pray that I would get just as much out of serving in kids work as I do from listening to the preach on a Sunday! Hope to write about more amazing things soon! But for now, Goodbye! : )
