Prophecy

I realised I was writing a bit about prophecy but maybe someone reading may not know what that is so here goes;


Basically Prophecy is God speaking to us through pictures, words, impressions, visions, dreams, messages and bible passages. God never stops talking to his people but some times we don't know how to "tune in" to what he's saying.


Prophecy has been quite a big part of my life, especially recently when I felt God speak to me through Prophecy. The thing with prophecy is that God doesn't pick out the most holy people to speak to, he speaks to everyone, in fact the bible says "In the last days, God says, I will pour out my spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophecy." This means that in the last days (from when Jesus first came- to when he will come again) all his people will prophecy, although some churches don't want it because they are scared that it isn't reliable.


I beleive God speaks to us more often than we give him credit for.


Anyway, this is how I knew that God was 'calling' me to go to the Ukraine. Through prophecy.
